North River Village
Compatible Residential Density
The North River Village mixed-use project is the culmination of five years of planning which has been characterized by early outreach to and input from community leaders and the environmental resource agencies.
As a result, the project has a much lower density than the units allowed in the Zoning Ordinance and is lower in density than any similar residential project in the neighborhood. The project is also providing a large vegetated biological buffer area between the San Luis Rey River and the development.
