| North River Village: Project Summary |
North River Village is a project of
the Loranda Corporation that will create a quality mixed-use
project on approximately 10 acres at the corner of North
River Rd. and Vandegrift Blvd. in northeast Oceanside.
The North River Village will include the two-acre San
Luis Rey Transit Center that is a project of the North
County Transit District.
The North River Village Master Plan has been designed to provide a mix of land
uses to complement and serve the surrounding neighborhood. As a transit oriented
development, the project features a state of the art bus transit center for the
7 bus routes serving northeast Oceanside. North River Village will offer convenient
neighborhood shopping and attractively designed town homes planned at a density
far lower than adjacent projects. |
